SOUND MASSAGE ATTUNEMENTS

Introducing Anam Cara (soul friend), a prayer vessel for the divine -- she offers integrated massage through embodied prayer, including swedish, gentle deep tissue, intuitive therapeutic touch, acupressure, rocking , reflexology, hypnotherapy including awarenss relaxation training and guided imagery for self healing. Your sound massage sessions will integrate your mind, body, emotions and spirit to create vitality and wholeness. You will find that there is a cumulative benefit from this multifaceted approach to a wholistic health. Regular attunements will regulate and stabilize your raised vibration.

Anam Cara brings a huge amount of Love and Intention to her work utilizing the sound table with music specifically designed to complement the massage.
AnamCara began her healing journey through prayer as a young child. She began her self journey of healing through receiving various modalities of massage and bodywork, breathwork, movement, yoga in 1976. She became a certified massage therapist in 1990 through Stress Management Systems in Overland Ark Kansas, studied Body Centered Psychotherapy at the Hakomi Institute, received certification as a master hypnotherapist from the Northern California Hypnotherapy institute, and has taken numerous classes in continuing education in the field. AnamCara has volunteered as a prayer chaplain and facilitated healing services, circles and retreats since 2004. She has enjoyed going to many trainings and workshops over the last 18 years related to healing.
Anam cara is a student of the human potential movement and has always set an intention to continue learning, growing, and recognizing wholeness in herself and others. She has had and witnessed many metaphysical healing experiences and fully believes in Divine miraculous healing! She feels blessed to support others on their healing wholeness journey to greater self empowerment as a compassionate healer and a soul friend who channels love and embodies prayers and deep relaxation and peace to all.

Room of White Light

The main room has been designed to nurture your spirit in a soft and beautiful way. White Goddess energy fills the room.

The room has a 5.1 surround sound system that plays in synch with the sound table. Most of the music has been created at the Sound and Consciousness Institute. It has been designed based on ancient and modern research to calm the mind, open the heart, connect to spirit, and leave you in a place of perfect peace.

 

 

The visuals on the ceilings and walls are channelled by Shona Belew from various star systems and are activated by the sounds and music used in the attunements. It is commonly reported that visuals "come alive" and do healings on their own.
