Compassionate, experienced Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Diane Hough, is offering 1.5 hour sessions which are a unique combination of sound healing and counseling. The sound healing techniques used to nourish and balance the body include:
• Soul Song
• Toning
• Crystal bowls - which may be placed on or over the client for balancing and bringing in healing vibrations
• Tuning forks - which utilize the meridian systems in acupuncture, providing an ability to nourish and balance

The sound healing techniques are designed to bring you into a deeper state of awareness from which you will be more prepared to make the deep transformational changes you desire in your life. Using time honored skills based on psychotherapy coupled with newer powerful techniques such as the Sedona Method, Diane will help you help you release any emotions that may be troubling you, and allow you to reconnect to your deeper essence. There is also time allotted to explore any stuck patterns you are experiencing which may be contributing to blocks in health, relationships or finances.

This work will allow you to replace old patterns with awareness of new possibilities.

Diane Hough, MA, MFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice with offices in San Rafael, and Woodacre.   She also does phone sessions. Her therapeutic style encourages the unfolding of blocked patterns with the process of accessing resources of inner wisdom.
