This chart may be used in several ways:

1. To find the frequency (based on a pitch) of your Soul, or a higher emotion of Gratitude, Compassion, Love or Joy -- so that you can either get a tuning fork or bowl made at that frequency, or to use a tone generator to help you find the frequency so you can tone it with your voice.

2. For recording engineers and home recording enthusiasts, you can program in these frequencies into your synthesizer. You could also program these frequencies into a tone generator.
